SHIFTLEADER

Are you a true host or hostess and do you know how to motivate a team? As a shift leader at De Wolfsberg you are responsible for the smooth running of our service. You coordinate the team on the floor, keep an overview and make sure our guests enjoy a wonderful experience – every single day. HEAD CHEF
(full-time)
As Head Chef you are responsible for safeguarding the quality and timely preparation of all dishes. You lead the kitchen team and make sure recipes and presentation standards are followed so that quality remains consistent. Alongside leading the team, you keep the kitchen spotless and organise the working area.
CHEF DE PARTIE
(part-time or full-time 38 hours)
Do you love throwing yourself into the kitchen, do you relish a challenge and does giving guests a fantastic evening make you happy? Are you brimming with ideas, up to date with the trends and able to enthuse your colleagues? Then do apply to us!
In the case of a full-time position, a four-day working week is among the possibilities.
SERVICE TEAM MEMBER
(at least 20 hours a week)
Are you a true host or hostess, do you have experience in hospitality and do you know how to make our guests feel at home? Are you a team player who knows how to get stuck in? Then we are looking for you!
SERVICE TEAM MEMBER
(on-call basis)
Would you like to learn more about the hospitality trade this spring? We will teach you to become a true host or hostess at one of the loveliest venues in the region. You will learn about drinks and dishes, you will become the quickest behind the bar, you will make the finest coffee and you will be there at the very best parties.
SALES & FRONT OFFICE EMPLOYEE
(20 to 28 hours a week)
Are you an experienced hotel receptionist or front office employee who takes real satisfaction in giving guests a fantastic stay? Then we are looking for you!
NIGHT PORTER
(part-time, 12 hours)
Are you a night owl, will you warmly welcome our hotel guests returning in the small hours, do you not mind supporting the service team with a few preparatory jobs and will you happily entertain yourself for the rest of the night with a good book, a gripping series or your studies? And are you available 2 or 3 nights a week? Perfect!
HOUSEKEEPING
(at least 16 hours a week)
Do you have an eye for detail, will you make sure our hotel rooms are spotless and are you flexible for morning shifts on weekdays and at weekends? Send us a message!
RESTAURANT MANAGER
(at least 30 hours p/w)
Do you already have a few years of experience as a host or hostess and are you ready for the next step? We are looking for an organisational talent who keeps an overview of a busy terrace, takes the lead at a private function and guides colleagues within the team.
BREAKFAST TEAM MEMBER
(part-time, 20 hours)
Are you an early bird? And do you enjoy spoiling our hotel guests in the morning with a fresh roll, a croissant and a lovely cup of coffee? Then we are looking for you. We are looking to strengthen our team for at least three mornings a week. Something for you? Then do apply now.
KITCHEN ASSISTANT

Are you curious about how things work in our kitchen? Are you keen to learn and to roll up your sleeves? Then we are looking for you! Our chef could do with your help preparing (cold) dishes in the restaurant kitchen and making excellent bar snacks at the outdoor bar.
GENERAL MANAGER
(full-time)
We are looking for a driven and experienced general manager who will be responsible for the overall management of Hotel and Restaurant De Wolfsberg. In this role you ensure an excellent guest experience and the efficient running of all departments. You work closely with the department heads and help uphold the core values of De Wolfsberg.
