GROUP MENU DINNER
At De Wolfsberg we warmly welcome groups for a special dining experience. Our group menu combines culinary refinement with a warm atmosphere, perfectly suited to business gatherings, family occasions or other group events. For groups of 10 people or more we offer the group menu below.
This menu is seasonal and valid up to and including September 2026.

If your party consists of more than 20 people, we would be glad to receive in advance which dishes you and your party choose!
Starter
Burrata with marinated cherry tomatoes, herb mayonnaise and pani puri V or
Beef carpaccio with Reypenaer VSOP, pine nuts, sun-dried tomato and
Truffle mayonnaise or
Tartare of pickled salmon with capers, curry cream, sherry dressing, little gem and squid cracker
Intermediate course
Velouté of roasted pomodori with cream, basil oil and Parmesan crostini V
Main course
Kalfssukade with veal jus and seasonal vegetables or
Pan-fried salmon fillet with wasabi, hoisin, katsuobushi and a sauce of Noilly Prat and saffron or
Roasted cauliflower with chimichurri, cream of fermented garlic and a sauce of carrot and orange V
Dessert
Crème brûlée of verbena, white peach, sangria sorbet and pindakletskop or
Cheeses; a selection of domestic and foreign cheeses + € 4,00
3 courses (starter – main – dessert) € 49,50
4 courses (starter – intermediate – main – dessert) € 57,00
Including bread with butter, herb mayonnaise and tapenade beforehand, and chips with the main course.
