GROUP MENU DINNER

At De Wolfsberg we warmly welcome groups for a special dining experience. Our group menu combines culinary refinement with a warm atmosphere, perfectly suited to business gatherings, family occasions or other group events. For groups of 10 people or more we serve a 3- or 4-course choice dinner; you will find the menu below.

This menu is seasonal and valid up to and including December 2026.

Starter

Beef carpaccio with pesto, pine nuts, “Willems” aged cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and rocket
Gravad lax with saffron cream, wakame salad and cherry tomatoes
Beetroot tartare with pickled onions, citrus-passionfruit gel and roasted leek

Intermediate course

Tori Shiru, Japanese chicken broth enriched with kombu, chicken gyoza and pak choi

Main course

Slow-cooked Maishoender fillet with creamy tarragon jus and seasonal vegetables
Swordfish glazed with barbecue sauce, mashed potato and apple, and salsa verde with wild herbs
Wellington of plant-based chicken, woodland mushrooms with a jus enriched with truffle

Dessert

‘Blanke Dame’ a la De Wolfsberg: vanilla parfait with chocolate sauce, almond, shards of dark chocolate and almond brittle
Cheese, cheese, cheese, a selection of various national and international cheeses from our local maître fromager Willems (+€4,-)

Including bread with butter, herb mayonnaise and tapenade beforehand, and chips with the main course.

If your party consists of more than 20 people, we would be glad to receive in advance which dishes you and your party choose!
